Social Media Manager – Drive Brand Growth

About the role

Junglee Games is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to shape and execute the brand’s social media strategy. You will be the voice of the company across platforms, turning fans into loyal customers and advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, own, and continuously improve the social media strategy for the Max brand.
• Grow the fan base, convert followers into customers, and nurture advocates.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on all major social platforms.
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand presence and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Analyse campaign performance, calculate ROI, and report insights.
• Build and moderate online communities, ensuring appropriate decorum.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for cohesive brand communication.
• Create and manage budgets for social media initiatives.

Required profile

• Stay up‑to‑date with current social media best practices and technologies.
• Ability to train team members and the wider organisation on effective social media use.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organisational and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, critical thinker, capable of leading and working under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems.
• Data analysis for campaign performance.
• Familiarity with platform regulations and community management tools.
