About the role
The company is looking for a Social Media Manager specialized in real estate to create and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, maintain brand consistency and generate leads.
Key responsibilities
- Create goals and objectives, and publish posts consistently across platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and respond promptly to comments, messages and reviews.
- Stay updated with trending topics, hashtags and platform changes, adapting content accordingly.
- Write compelling property listing captions that convert.
- Track and report engagement metrics such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth and leads generated.
Required profile
- Fluent English with well‑formed written communication.
- Basic photography and videography skills for property shoots and reels.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM on‑site in Lekki Phase 1.
Required skills
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and best practices on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
