Social Media Manager and Brand Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager and Brand Specialist to lead our online presence and strengthen our brand in the fast‑growing food delivery market. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos will involve daily content planning, publishing, and strategic brand work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels across multiple platforms, planning, scheduling and publishing content daily.
• Develop and execute social media and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and adjust campaigns based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
• Research trends, competitor activity and audience preferences to inform content and positioning.
• Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Content‑focused capabilities including strategy, writing and creation of videos, graphics, posts, captions and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools, able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in a social media, digital marketing or brand‑focused role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of brand positioning, visual identity and messaging consistency.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
