About the role
A fast‑growing consulting company is seeking a proactive Social Media and Content Manager to lead its multi‑platform presence. Working remotely from Nigeria, you will own content distribution, audience engagement and community growth to turn brand awareness into inbound demand.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and publish daily and weekly content on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Instagram using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments, messages and mentions within an average of four working hours on business days.
- Develop platform‑specific content strategies aligned with the marketing calendar and leverage real‑time trends.
- Monitor social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click‑through) and produce weekly performance reports.
- Partner with the Content Marketer to repurpose long‑form content and collaborate with the Brand Designer on visual assets.
- Manage and moderate the online community to foster loyalty and engagement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing business social media accounts with measurable engagement and audience growth.
- Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills in a clear, human, professional brand voice.
- Commitment to 100 % scheduled posting consistency across all active channels.
Required skills
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Ability to repurpose, format and adapt complex content for different platform constraints.
