Social Media and Content Lead

About the role

The Social Media and Content Lead will be the first dedicated professional to shape DDF Consulting’s content and social presence. Reporting to the Founder, you will create and execute strategies that amplify client positioning across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok while preserving each brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple brands, translating strategic direction into clear briefs.
• Write long‑form posts, captions and short‑form scripts that simplify complex ideas without losing depth.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos for platform‑specific distribution, respecting the grammar of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content using existing brand kits in Canva, ensuring visual and tonal consistency.
• Monitor native analytics weekly, generate monthly performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with strategy and design teams to manage content workflows and keep organized libraries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with a keen eye for brand voice.
• Proven track record of delivering consistent, high‑quality content across multiple platforms.

Required skills

• Canva for visual asset creation.
• Video editing for short‑form content.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
