Social Media Ambassador (Remote – Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking energetic creators and brand ambassadors based in Lagos to help power the growth engine of Swoop, Africa’s emerging super‑app. This fully remote, hands‑on position will focus on generating engaging social content that drives app installs and first food‑delivery orders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish roughly 20 pieces of content each month, including camera‑talk videos, POV clips, skits, day‑in‑the‑life reels, food photography, unboxings, and other formats.
• Leverage your audience to convert views into app installs and first orders for Swoop.
• Collaborate directly with the Growth team, providing feedback on what content performs best.

Required profile

• Minimum 500 followers on Instagram or TikTok (preferred) with proven experience posting online.
• Strong communication skills and ability to iterate quickly with the Growth team.
• Ambitious mindset, eager to create viral content and scale the brand.
• Deep awareness of current online trends and cultural moments.
