Site Nurse

About the role

The Site Nurse provides on‑site medical support for employees in a manufacturing and warehousing environment. Acting as the first responder, the nurse ensures rapid care for injuries, illnesses, and routine health concerns while maintaining a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid, wound care, and over‑the‑counter medication for work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Stabilize patients and arrange emergency transport or referral to external health facilities.
• Conduct daily health consultations, routine check‑ups, and periodic health examinations.
• Identify hazards, participate in HSE meetings, and ensure compliance with local health and safety standards.
• Inspect and restock first‑aid kits, stretchers, and medical supplies; manage pharmaceutical inventory.
• Document injuries, treatments, and medical reports while preserving confidentiality.
• Organise wellness programs, disease‑prevention seminars, and first‑aid training for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Site Nurse or in a similar industrial health role.
• Proven ability to deliver emergency medical care and routine health services on site.
• Experience maintaining a clinic, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical stock.
• Willingness to reside at the project site when required.
