Site Manager

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead daily operations on construction sites in Marina, Nigeria. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, allocate resources and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and artisans.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement site work plans in collaboration with project managers and consultants.
• Manage delivery and proper use of materials, equipment and labour.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, consultants and clients.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain quality control records, inspection reports and safety documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and monitor site costs.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• At least 24 months of experience in construction site management or project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
