Site Inspector

About the role

Tribest Corporate Support is seeking a dedicated Site Inspector to join its construction team at the Royal Garden Estate in Ajah, Lekki. This full‑time, on‑site position involves ensuring that all construction activities meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site, focusing on work progress, material quality (including asphalt), and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify defects or non‑conformities, document findings, and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Collaborate with construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, site workers’ attendance, and daily progress updates.
• Use Excel to compile data, track inventory, and generate reports for management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training in construction or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in site inspection or construction monitoring is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on a busy site.
• Good communication skills for interacting with contractors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
