Site Engineer – Structure

About the role

The Site Engineer – Structure will ensure the successful execution of construction projects for DreamCity Property & Investment Limited, reporting directly to the Project Coordinator. This full‑time position involves on‑site supervision, coordination of labour, and strict adherence to design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project designs and construction schedules as directed by the Project Supervisor.
• Coordinate masons, labourers, and ad‑hoc staff on site.
• Maintain communication with the project team to meet objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Project Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and external structural/quality‑control consultants to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Apply DreamCity’s construction policy and quality‑assurance checklist throughout the build.
• Optimize use of financial resources and materials, minimizing waste and managing site resources responsibly.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Structural Engineering) or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Structural Engineer in real‑estate or property construction.
• Professional certification such as COREN, NSE, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and quality control.
