Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on‑site to ensure projects follow approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in keeping projects on schedule and budget.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
