Site Engineer

About the role

Ramos Realty is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join its construction team in Lekki. The role involves supervising residential construction activities, ensuring projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations while supporting the company’s luxury real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress and conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise on site.
• Prepare and update project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role, preferably in residential or commercial real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Basic design software such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Standard office applications (Microsoft Office suite).
