Site Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities at our Marina project in Ondo. The role involves ensuring that all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate artisans, contractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks and resolve technical issues.
• Manage use of construction materials and equipment.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and project managers.
• Ensure work is completed within approved timeline and budget.
• Take measurements, prepare estimates and maintain documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and welfare.
• Oversee land clearing, estate infrastructure development and site marking.
• Verify workmanship quality before client handover and coordinate maintenance on completed projects.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar site engineering role.
