Shop Floor Attendant – Customer Service & Administration

About the role
The Shop Floor Attendant will be the first point of contact for customers across our stores in Lagos, Oyo, Delta, Rivers and Abuja. You will ensure a welcoming environment, assist with product inquiries and support smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walking customers, providing excellent service.
- Handle product inquiries, give directions, process sales and manage packaging.
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to maintain efficient service flow.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on the manned section to floor administration.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
