Service Leader – Surface Well Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Service Leader for our Surface Well Testing product line to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service across our Port Harcourt operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Well Testing service and shop personnel, ensuring customer requirements are exceeded.
• Oversee activities of multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs) and manage facilities as needed.
• Collect and analyse customer satisfaction and job performance data, following up with clients to plan future work.
• Mentor and assess Service Specialists, Operators and Operator Assistants, fostering personnel development.
• Ensure all activities comply with Halliburton’s HSE and quality processes.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Surface Well Testing.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong focus on safety, environmental compliance and quality improvement.
