Service Advisor - Toyota Dealer

About the role

Omoregie Motors Nigeria Limited, the authorized Toyota distributor in Nigeria, is hiring a full-time, on-site Service Advisor in Lagos. The role welcomes customers, documents their vehicle concerns and coordinates service requests with the workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their vehicle concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly.
• Secure customer approval in a transparent way and track work progress with the workshop team.
• Update customers on timelines and ensure vehicles leave with completed repairs and proper documentation.
• Manage service appointments, handle customer inquiries and complaints, promote after-sales services and support warranty processes in line with Toyota standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and provide customer-focused service.
• Experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred, ideally within a dealer or workshop.
• Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and effective verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of after-sales processes, including service scheduling, parts coordination and warranty support.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures, with the ability to learn manufacturer-specific standards.
• Proficiency in computer systems for service documentation, customer records and reporting.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several customer cases at once.
