SEO Specialist and Telesales Agent

About the role

Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is looking for a proactive SEO Specialist and Telesales Agent to boost the online visibility of its own and client digital platforms while generating new business through outbound calls. The role combines technical SEO work with direct sales activities, offering a unique blend of digital marketing and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and user experience for search engines.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Make outbound telesales calls to prospective clients, promote products and services, and convert qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support broader digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Proven experience in both SEO and outbound sales or a strong willingness to develop in both areas.
