SEO and Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO and Performance Marketing Expert to join our team in Ikeja. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, drive organic growth, and manage marketing automation that fuels our B2B sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, technical and on‑page SEO audits, and implement on‑page optimisations.
• Develop and execute white‑hat link‑building campaigns.
• Set up, monitor and optimise Meta Ads campaigns and other paid‑search initiatives.
• Design, implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, email sequences and lead‑nurturing journeys using tools such as Make, Zapier or N8N.
• Integrate automation with Zoho CRM, Go‑high‑level CRM and other marketing platforms.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics tools, producing regular reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, paid media (especially Meta Ads) and marketing automation within a B2B or high‑growth tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.

What we offer

• Initial 3‑month fixed‑term contract with a base salary of N220,000.
