SEO and Marketing Automation Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is seeking an SEO and Marketing Automation Expert to join its fast‑paced team in Ikeja. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of SEO strategies while also designing and managing marketing automation workflows that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, technical and on‑page SEO audits, and implement optimisation recommendations.
• Develop and execute ethical white‑hat link‑building campaigns.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise marketing automation workflows, email campaigns and lead‑nurturing journeys.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Perform A/B testing, landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑rate optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong fundamentals in SEO, including hands‑on experience with keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Experience with white‑hat link‑building strategies.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and email‑marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Make, Zapier, N8N and AI‑driven automation solutions.
• Comfort with landing‑page creation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
• Previous experience in B2B, high‑growth tech, consulting or training environments is an advantage.
