Senior Web Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our remote team and collaborate with design, sales, and marketing colleagues. You will shape visually compelling web and app experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑level design concepts and strategy, providing expert guidance.
• Create and refine product web designs, landing pages, email templates, illustrations, and other graphics.
• Offer strategic advice on UX/UI best practices, conversion‑focused design, and email campaign optimization.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
• Iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and publishing teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in web and email design with a strong portfolio of landing pages, email assets, and app interfaces.
• Deep expertise in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of responsive email design, deliverability, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, typography, and user experience.
• Effective communication, time‑management, and teamwork skills.
