Senior Solution Integrator

About the role

Ericsson’s Mobile Financial Services (MFS) team is looking for a Senior Solution Integrator to drive the deployment and evolution of the Ericsson Wallet Platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams and customers worldwide to deliver secure, scalable fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install and deploy the Ericsson Wallet Platform in test and production environments.
• Integrate the platform with internal and external systems, including telecom and banking interfaces.
• Perform white‑box and black‑box testing, and execute unit, SIT and UAT test cases.
• Prepare and maintain MOPs, SOPs, SOWs, RCA documents and test reports.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database and infrastructure issues.
• Support patch deployment, production activities and night‑time operations across time zones.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to align technical design with customer requirements.
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose solution extensions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5–10 years of experience in deployment, integration and support of telecom or fintech solutions.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and managing governance activities.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native technologies, micro‑services architecture and emerging trends such as 5G/6G, API monetisation and AI/ML.

Required skills

• Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting.
• Kubernetes and Docker deployments.
• TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMPP, DIAMETER, HTTP protocols.
• XML APIs and client‑server architecture.
• Oracle Database administration, PL/SQL, import/export, indexing, tablespace management.
• Clustering technologies, Veritas Volume Manager, MySQL, Perl scripting.
• SSL/TLS configuration and security best practices.
• Experience with Ericsson Charging Systems, CAMEL or similar telecom environments (advantage).
• Knowledge of Mobile Money, Mobile Wallet, Mobile Finance or M‑Commerce solutions.
