Senior Software Quality Analyst – AI‑Enhanced Test Automation

About the role

We are looking for a senior software quality analyst who will combine deep test‑automation expertise with generative AI tools to reshape how our engineering teams ship reliable software. You will work side‑by‑side with developers, using AI‑driven test generation and intelligent failure triage to keep the delivery pipeline fast and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks in Python, Java or JavaScript, ensuring they are performant, maintainable and browser‑agnostic.
• Integrate generative AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI API) to auto‑generate test scenarios, surface hidden edge cases and accelerate defect triage.
• Configure and optimise test stages in Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps so that no code ships unvalidated.
• Analyse test results, production logs and telemetry to build KPI dashboards (coverage, defect density, MTTD) for leadership.
• Collaborate early with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and improve testability.
• Mentor junior analysts, conduct code reviews and champion AI‑assisted quality practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on test automation.
• Proven ability to build and evolve automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming background in Python, Java or JavaScript.
• Practical experience applying generative AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
