Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance software solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure coding standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Develop automated tests and ensure strong test coverage.
• Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building enterprise‑grade applications.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Experience with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL options.
