Senior Service Engineer (C&I Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer to lead the operation of our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar portfolio in Nigeria. The role covers the full lifecycle from hand‑over to daily service delivery, maintenance and performance reporting, ensuring high asset uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational performance of all active C&I sites, guaranteeing plant availability and energy delivery in line with SLAs.
• Monitor daily site data, identify anomalies and take corrective actions before customer escalation.
• Manage commissioning hand‑over (HOTO) and ongoing maintenance execution.
• Maintain accurate asset records and performance reports.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with high‑value commercial clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes as the portfolio scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar or renewable energy operations and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale C&I solar assets and meet contractual SLA targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and client‑facing skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site across Nigeria, including Lafia and surrounding regions.
