Senior Sales Executives

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive you will partner with the marketing and business development teams to drive revenue and expand the market presence of Megamound Investment Limited’s premium real estate portfolio. You will focus on high‑stakes lead generation and conversion, targeting high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients to secure property acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate high‑value prospects to generate 40–50 qualified leads each month.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and property viewings through negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and presentations aligned with client investment goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic edge in the luxury real estate sector.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Demonstrated ability for aggressive lead generation and consistent target attainment.
• Target‑driven mindset with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
