Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of Renmoney’s lending products among salaried employees, self‑employed professionals and SMEs in Lagos. The role involves intensive prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management, delivering exceptional service to turn prospects into loyal customers across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through research, referrals and networking.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase product benefits.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and offering personalized support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep sales strategies effective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales success in the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
