Senior Research Executive

About the role

Redwire Marketing Consulting is seeking a Senior Research Executive to lead market research initiatives across diverse industries. The role combines data analysis, client interaction, and strategic insight generation to support business growth and client decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, conduct surveys, and analyse client and competitor data.
• Develop marketing models using operations data and present findings through charts, graphs, and reports.
• Document processes, stay updated on research technology, and ensure compliance with data governance.
• Identify problems through forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Meet with clients and vendors, travel for field research, and create insight cards for business development.
• Test and improve processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Services teams to deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Measure the effectiveness of business strategies and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of research analyst experience, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and produce industry outlooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Socially conscious attitude and interest in contributing to national development.
