Senior Production Producer

About the role

We are looking for an advanced, hands‑on Production Producer to lead and execute complex creative productions, combining high‑level photography, videography and post‑production craft while managing quality, budgets and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end complex productions from feasibility, pre‑production, shooting, post‑production to final delivery.
• Operate cameras and perform advanced videography/photography, designing camera, lens, lighting, audio and stabilisation setups.
• Direct technically demanding studio and location shoots, troubleshoot real‑time technical issues, and ensure continuity.
• Edit or oversee post‑production including colour grading, sound treatment, motion graphics/VFX and final delivery specifications.
• Build production plans, budgets, schedules, crew structures and risk controls; manage vendors and multidisciplinary crews.
• Mentor junior producers and assistants, improve SOPs and integrate new production technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on production experience with a strong portfolio of complex photography and video work.
• Proven ability to execute technically and lead large‑scale productions while managing budgets, vendors and client relationships.
• Calm decision‑making under pressure, strong professionalism and accountability.

Required skills

• Advanced DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic), prime/zoom lenses, Log/RAW workflows.
• Professional lighting setups (LED, COB, modifiers, C‑stands) and mixed‑light problem solving.
• Audio capture (wireless/lavalier, shotgun/boom, recorders, gain staging).
• Movement gear: tripods, monopods, gimbals, sliders, rigs, drones.
• Post‑production: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Workflow tools: Frame.io, Google Workspace, Excel, Drive/Dropbox, Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com.
• AI production tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Firefly, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, etc.).
