Senior Product Designer – UX

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its fintech products. You will create intuitive, accessible, and high‑impact designs while mentoring junior designers and championing user‑centred practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process: discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
• Create micro‑interactions and motion elements to boost engagement.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve the experience.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with a strong UX focus.
• Proven ability to lead impactful design projects in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Deep understanding of behavioural psychology and its impact on user decisions.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers.

Required skills

• Visual design, typography, grids, layout, colour theory.
• Interaction design, information architecture, user flows.
• Mobile and web design, responsive and adaptive experiences.
• Usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations.
• UX analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar.
• Atomic design principles and scalable UI frameworks.
• Motion design tools: Lottie, After Effects, Principle.
