Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, shaping sourcing strategies that align with business goals while delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Manage sourcing activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchase processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports to support decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate procurement‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIPSMN or similar are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
