Senior Network Engineer

About the role

Troven Solution Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of its LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across the network environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups.
• Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Provide 3rd‑level technical support and manage escalations.
• Evaluate new technologies and manage relationships with ISPs and hardware vendors.
• Mentor junior network and IT staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Strong background with Cisco or equivalent enterprise networking equipment.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCNA (required), CCIE, JNCIP, or CompTIA Network+ (advantage).
