Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing

About the role

This senior position leads the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of enterprise‑level experiential marketing programs across Nigeria and globally. You will shape high‑impact in‑person events that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships within a remote‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of experiential programs, including executive events, industry sponsorships, and thought‑leadership experiences.
• Develop pipeline‑generation plans by targeting key accounts, setting opportunity goals, and coordinating post‑event follow‑up with sales and business development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budget control.
• Create integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships, and content to attract high‑value attendees.
• Track and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, event ROI, attendance, and deal acceleration.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design, and marketing operations to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, execution, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary accountable owner for each event, proactively managing risks and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable managing complex, cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced, collaborative settings.
