About the role
We are seeking a Senior Loan Officer to drive growth of our risk assets and liability portfolio in Lagos. The role involves managing loan applications, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Market and grow the bank’s risk assets and liability portfolio within assigned locations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage loan applications and portfolios, ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policy.
- Ensure proper documentation and uphold strong portfolio quality.
Required profile
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related numerate discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Loan or Credit Officer in a micro‑finance bank, commercial bank, or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan monitoring, and recovery processes.
- Proven ability to generate quality risk assets and mobilise deposits.
