About the role
The Senior Investment Advisor will join Palton Morgan Holdings in Lagos to drive real‑estate investment strategy, advise high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and grow the firm’s portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate real‑estate investment opportunities and conduct financial and market analysis.
- Prepare investment memoranda and detailed financial models.
- Monitor portfolio performance and report on results.
- Coordinate due‑diligence activities with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay current on macro‑economic, regulatory and property‑market trends.
- Collaborate with member companies to align investment offerings with ongoing projects.
Required profile
- Strong investment and financial analysis background.
- Experience in real‑estate valuation, financial modeling and portfolio management.
- Proven client relationship management, business development and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of Nigerian real‑estate markets, investment products and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
