Senior Growth Marketer and Meta Ads Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer and Meta Ads Expert to lead acquisition and retention campaigns across Meta platforms and other digital channels. The role is full‑time, onsite in Ikeja, and works closely with sales, product, and design teams to drive growth for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise growth marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network.
• Design data‑driven acquisition and retention strategies, set up ad campaigns, and run A/B tests to improve ROI and customer lifetime value.
• Track performance metrics, build dashboards, and provide clear reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging, funnels and landing pages with growth objectives.
• Identify new growth opportunities, refine targeting and creatives, and ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in growth marketing and growth hacking with a track record of user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, build dashboards and translate insights into actions.
• Hands‑on experience in lead generation, funnel design and conversion rate optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior senior‑level performance marketing experience in B2B or high‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) – campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting and A/B testing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager and pixel implementation.
• Familiarity with other ad platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and attribution models.

What we offer

• Base salary of N220,000 per month.
