About the role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual communication efforts. In this senior position you will shape the look and feel of our brand across multiple channels while mentoring a team of designers.
Key responsibilities
- Create appealing designs for social media platforms that capture audience attention.
- Translate marketing strategies into innovative visual concepts that support campaign goals.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure design alignment with overall brand messaging.
- Effectively manage the graphic team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering collaboration.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the creative process.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of proven work experience in graphic design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design expertise.
