Senior Full-Stack (Python focused) AI / Data Engineer

About the role

We are building a cloud‑based Big Data & AI analytics platform that consolidates data from multiple internal systems and external sources into a data warehouse. The platform will expose insights through dashboards and LLM agents that answer business questions in natural language.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data ingestion and ETL pipelines from Odoo ERP/CRM, ticketing, Zabbix, FreePBX, GPS, spreadsheets and public sources.
• Model the data and create the warehouse that powers all analytics modules.
• Develop LLM agents (RAG, tool‑calling, MCP server) for natural‑language reporting.
• Build dashboards, alerts and the web front‑end using modern BI tools and React.
• Own the solution in production: deployment, monitoring, documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience with Python and SQL, strong data modelling and warehousing background.
• 5+ years of experience in LLM engineering, including retrieval‑augmented generation and vector databases.
• Proven ability to work directly with business owners, translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver iteratively.
