Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are a leading Wealth Advisory and Asset Management firm seeking a senior‑level Business Development Executive to drive capital mobilization across alternative investments, real estate, and private credit. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring, and converting high‑value investment inflows for high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close high‑value investment deals in real estate, private credit, and alternative investment structures.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNWIs, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
• Structure and present tailored investment opportunities aligned with client risk‑return profiles.
• Lead end‑to‑end fundraising cycles from prospecting to onboarding and capital deployment.
• Develop long‑term investor relationships to secure recurring commitments.
• Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to align capital inflows with deal pipelines.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify new pools of investable capital.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, roadshows, and networking events.
• Maintain disciplined reporting on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and capital raised.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in investment sales, capital raising, private wealth management, or corporate banking.
• Proven track record of mobilizing multi‑billion Naira capital.
• Strong network of HNWIs, corporate investors, and institutional contacts.
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, real estate, or private credit structures.
