Senior Associate/Manager – Liquidity Management

About the role

Flutterwave is seeking a senior‑level professional to strengthen its integrated liquidity management platform and support risk‑management processes. You will work closely with business partners and internal teams to ensure that regional payment flows are optimally managed, with funds available in the right place, at the right time, and in the correct currency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash‑flow trends across all Flutterwave products and quantify liquidity risk.
• Analyse data to inform business decisions and manage fund movements across multiple operating bank accounts.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations that communicate liquidity metrics for day‑to‑day management and longer‑term reviews.
• Draft, update and deliver Treasury procedures and training for the Operations team.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance, liquidity and risk, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Handle payment‑related inquiries and requests for information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑9 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Operations or Financial Operations.
• Proven client‑engagement experience.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report‑writing abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage projects.
