About the role
The Bliss Caregivers is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee all financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and institute internal controls.
- Prepare and present periodic management accounts and budget reports to the Director of Finance and Admin.
- Produce annual statutory accounts and support external auditors.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, revenue collection, and liaison with banks.
- Supervise annual budgeting, project costing, and cost variance analysis.
- Oversee taxation, insurance, and pension fund contributions.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of finance, accounting, and HR staff.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Accounting; chartered qualification is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Location: Gbagada, Lagos.
