Senior Associate, Web Development & Digital Presence

About the role

This hands‑on position reports to the Digital Marketing unit within the Marketing & Communications team. You will be the sole technical owner of all public‑facing web properties for CapitalSage Holdings and its roughly 20 subsidiaries, taking projects from brief through launch without external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch responsive websites for group subsidiaries using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Configure and maintain CMS solutions so subsidiary staff can manage content after hand‑over.
• Build landing pages, web forms and campaign assets that support marketing initiatives.
• Own hosting environments, domain registrations, DNS settings and SSL certificates across all entities.
• Maintain a current asset register of every web property, domain, credential and renewal date.
• Monitor site performance, resolve issues proactively and ensure security and uptime.
• Collaborate directly with subsidiary teams to gather requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Train marketing staff on CMS tools for day‑to‑day content updates.
• Implement and manage Google Analytics and Search Console for all sites.
• Produce a monthly web performance report for the Group Head covering traffic, uptime and any issues.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on web development experience with a portfolio of sites you built and managed.
• Production‑level proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong experience configuring and deploying CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow or equivalent).
• Ability to manage hosting, domain and DNS configurations independently.
• Excellent documentation habits and the capacity to juggle multiple live projects without loss of quality.
• Experience in a multi‑brand or group environment and basic technical SEO knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech or regulated industry websites is advantageous.
