Senior Associate, Investor Relations (Operator Finance)

About the role

The Senior Associate, Investor Relations (Operator Finance) will own the full operator financing cycle, from structuring credit to smallholder operators through to reporting portfolio performance and managing investor relationships. You will build a clean, investor‑ready view of the portfolio and support major financing facilities that fund hundreds of thousands of farmer loans.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operator financing: credit structuring, loan disbursement, collections tracking, repayment analysis, and portfolio health reporting.
• Prepare and maintain fiscal records, investment schedules, consolidated forecasts, and long‑range financial plans with accuracy.
• Support active fundraising: build and maintain data rooms, respond to due‑diligence requests, and create investor‑facing financial models and presentation decks.
• Establish and sustain a reliable investor reporting cadence that instills confidence in data and performance.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of finance experience at the intersection of credit, capital, and stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian banking landscape, DFIs, and SME financing.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio data into clear investor narratives.
• Proactive mindset: builds systems, documents work, mentors others, and anticipates future needs.
