Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept through execution, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and successful delivery. You will translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design strategies, and project solutions.
• Oversee projects from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Lead BIM implementation and coordinate documentation across teams.
• Serve as primary client contact, lead presentations, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior and mid‑level architects.
• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and consultants; monitor schedules and resources.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion.
• Professional registration or membership with relevant architectural bodies is a plus.
