Senior AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI‑powered solutions for complex enterprise environments in Nigeria. You will define scalable architectures, guide technical strategy, and ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, and production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture vision and technical direction for AI‑driven solutions, aligning business objectives with engineering capabilities.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, system designs, data flow models, component structures, and API specifications.
• Lead architecture reviews, evaluate constraints, risks, and long‑term impacts.
• Design LLM orchestration, multi‑agent workflows, routing, memory management, and context handling.
• Architect retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) solutions, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and real‑time data integrations.
• Optimize model selection, performance, latency, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Define modernization strategies for legacy systems, API enablement, and event‑driven integrations.
• Establish secure, compliant AI architectures through threat modeling, auditability, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and mentor technical teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and AI platforms.
• Strong background in modern software engineering practices and security governance.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
