Senior AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge AI and machine learning solutions for our hospitality platform. You will work closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to bring AI‑powered features to mobile and web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and AI models, including recommendation systems, chatbots, document search (RAG), computer vision, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Build, fine‑tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks such as Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Develop and expose AI services through APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and integrate them into product features.
• Optimize model accuracy, latency, and scalability for production workloads.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Research and implement the latest AI technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend and frontend engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain documentation and version control for AI projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML solutions.
• Strong portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing AI or machine‑learning projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
