Senior Accountant – Real Estate Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations within a reputable real estate company. The role involves strategic financial guidance, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash‑flow management to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting operations, including payroll, payables and receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with investment and risk‑management decisions.
• Provide financial insights to senior management and supervise the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ICAN certification (mandatory); ACCA, CFA or similar certifications are a plus.
• 4–6 years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in the real estate or construction sector is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools.
