Security Supervisor – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors and company assets in Umuahia, Abia State. This full‑time position reports directly to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel on duty, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure the safety of staff, visitors and company property at all times.
• Monitor CCTV feeds, investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Enforce security procedures, protocols and emergency response plans.
• Compile daily and weekly security reports for management review.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Calm and effective handling of emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and monitoring systems.
• Minimum education: SSCE/OND (preferred).
