Security Operative (Full‑time)

About the role

StaySafe Systems Limited is seeking full‑time Security Operatives to join its on‑site team in Lagos. You will protect people, assets and premises by managing access, conducting patrols and responding to alarms and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Control entry and exit points, verify credentials and monitor access logs.
• Perform regular perimeter and interior patrols, reporting any irregularities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergency situations.
• Document incidents, maintain accurate logs and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Collaborate with quick‑reaction teams, supervisors and law‑enforcement as required.

Required profile

• Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties effectively.
• Basic understanding of information security and data protection principles.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors and authorities.
• Willingness to attend ongoing training and adhere to company policies.
