Security Administration Manager

About the role

The Security Administration Manager will provide strategic leadership for the corporate security function, overseeing administration, finance, governance and workforce management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen risk management, improve security operations and protect the company’s people, assets and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies, controls and process improvements.
• Drive budget efficiency, cost optimisation and financial compliance across security operations.
• Manage security vendors and guard forces to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Produce actionable intelligence and risk insights for business decision‑making.
• Maintain audit readiness, ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate operational risks.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and deliver performance reporting for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum five O’Level credits including Mathematics and English.
• Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Computer Science or related field, plus a professional security certification (CPP, PSP, PCI or CSMP). A Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant post‑qualification experience, preferably in the FMCG sector; military, police or DSS experience is advantageous.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
