Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our product teams in the healthtech space. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and product specifications.
• Serve as Scrum Master for product teams, planning sprints, facilitating stand‑ups, retrospectives, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support QA testing and validation of product features before deployment.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to guide iteration and optimization.
• Maintain product documentation, sprint reports, and release notes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or agile delivery roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthtech, logistics, or SaaS is a plus.
• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Product Management certification is advantageous.
